Military Healthcare Credential Bridge
Helping military medical personnel explore civilian education and credential pathways.

The problem
Military medical personnel often have to piece together civilian credential and education requirements from fragmented sources, even when their service experience is directly relevant.
Who it's for
Military medical personnel and advisors exploring possible civilian education and credential pathways.
The approach
Frame the search around military specialty and state, make available pathway information easier to explore, and show where eligibility or credit decisions require confirmation from the appropriate authority.
What exists today
- Draft research pathways for Army 68W in Florida and Texas, with limits and unreviewed information clearly differentiated.
- Side-by-side pathway comparison and printable or downloadable transition-plan flows in the repository.
- Education-resource browsing and MOS-to-civilian occupation crosswalks, with additional specialties and states marked for review.
My contribution
I identified the research and workflow problem, defined the military-specialty and state-focused experience, and direct iterative, AI-assisted product development. I do not determine professional licensure, college transfer credit, or program eligibility.
Current status
A public demo was reachable on October 12, 2026. Active development; pathway accuracy and eligibility have not been independently validated. This is informational, not official licensing or career eligibility advice. No governmental endorsement is implied.
Next steps
- Have qualified reviewers validate credential, state, education, and pathway records before portraying them as authoritative.
- Retest the hosted demo, including comparison, education, and export workflows, and capture updated genuine screenshots.
