Equine Nutrition Tool
A guided workspace for comparing equine feeding plans and nutritional questions.

The problem
A horse's feed details, nutrient requirements, and proposed changes can be difficult to review together, especially when underlying reference data still need expert validation.
Who it's for
Equine nutrition professionals and educators evaluating how feeding-plan information can be reviewed together.
The approach
Translate that review process into a guided interface for profiles, existing rations, and proposed plans. Keep calculations and recommendations clearly limited until reference data and backend workflows are validated.
What exists today
- Repository includes horse profiles, ration-entry and analysis workflows, requirement snapshots, and comparison/results interfaces.
- Human-review controls and reference-data status labels distinguish draft nutrition data from reviewed material.
- The calculation and administration workflows require renewed hosted end-to-end verification and approved source data before practical use.
My contribution
I help define the workflow and product requirements and direct iterative, AI-assisted development of the guided interface. Nutrient calculations, reference data, and authenticated workflows have not been independently validated for practical decisions.
Current status
Public demo frontend reachable on October 12, 2026; actively developing. The landing page states that placeholder nutrition data cannot be used for real decisions, reviewed data is required before practical use, and recommendations are not automatic yet. Calculations and authenticated backend workflows remain unverified. This is a review and comparison tool, not veterinary advice.
Next steps
- Validate reference data and calculation behavior before practical use.
- Complete an authorized end-to-end test of the authenticated workflow.
